Online Participation Waiver and Terms

1. Scope

These terms apply to every online workshop and personal consultation (the “Service”) provided by Balázs Varga, Erdősor 32, 2400 Dunaújváros, Hungary (the “Organiser”). When you book, you agree to them.

2. Eligibility

The Service is open only to people aged 21 or over. By accepting these terms, you confirm that you are at least 21. The Organiser may ask for proof of age and may cancel the booking of anyone who is under 21.

3. Nature of the Service

The Service is educational and coaching content delivered online in English. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice or treatment, and it does not replace a qualified professional. If you have a health condition, or you are unsure whether an exercise is suitable for you, consult a professional before taking part.

4. Personal responsibility

You take part voluntarily. You are responsible for your own choices, actions and well-being, including how you use what you learn. You are also responsible for your own device, internet connection and surroundings during online sessions, and for choosing a safe place to take part.

5. No guaranteed results

Experiences differ from person to person, and no specific outcome is guaranteed. Testimonials reflect the personal experiences of individual participants and are not typical or promised results.

6. Release of claims

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you waive and release any claims against Balázs Varga and his associates, employees and contractors for any loss, damage or consequence arising from your actions or decisions after a workshop or consultation. This release also applies to anyone claiming through you, such as your heirs, partner or relatives, to the extent the law allows.

7. What this release does not cover

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for intentional misconduct or for harm to life, physical integrity or health. If any part of this release is found invalid, the rest remains in force.

8. Online sessions and conduct

Sessions may not be recorded, copied, shared or redistributed without the Organiser’s written permission. Course materials remain the Organiser’s intellectual property and are for your personal use only. The Organiser records a workshop only if the participants consent to it. Recordings focus mainly on the Organiser speaking and are used to create future videos. If you do not consent, you will not appear in any published video. The Organiser may remove a participant who seriously disrupts a session.

9. No refunds, rescheduling only

Bookings are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may reschedule to another available date by writing to balazsvargaworkshop@gmail.com up to 48 hours before the agreed date. Because the Service is provided on a specific date, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to the extent permitted by law (Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU). If the Organiser cancels a session, you can choose a new date or receive a full refund.

10. Governing law and disputes

If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory consumer rights and access to the courts that apply in the country where you live, and nothing in these terms removes them.
