Why the workshop?
Our patterns begin long before our first love
Children learn by watching. They copy their parents, and the way we speak, argue, and show affection becomes what feels natural to them.
I see it in my own daughter: what begins as playful imitation slowly becomes part of who she is. We hug a lot at home — and she has become a real little hugger, too. The same is true of love, of conflict, and even of aggression.
Everything we see and experience through our parents in childhood shapes our world, and therefore our relationships. Until we recognise these patterns, we live them on autopilot. But they are learned — and what has been learned can be changed. We can let go of old patterns and learn new ones.
Together, we’ll focus on:
- Recognising repeating relationship patterns
- Exploring family dynamics from childhood
- Accepting suppressed emotions, traumas, and patterns
- Letting go of what no longer serves you
- Creating space for healthier connections
This is what the workshop is about: gently accepting suppressed emotions, traumas, and patterns — because our subconscious can only let go of what no longer carries a negative emotion. With 10 years of experience, I can help you get there, with kindness.
To break a cycle, we need to accept the past — so we can move on.
Relationship with father
Father & fatherhood
Our relationship with our father can influence how we experience masculine energy, security, support, and our own sense of identity. Masculinity is sometimes associated with aggression, yet it can also represent strength, creativity, protection, and loving support.
My own story began with my parents’ divorce when I was very young. From that point on, my father was no longer present in my life. Growing up without him left me with deep insecurity and a fear of loss. For 25 years, I carried anger towards my father.
Everything began to change when I recognised my own patterns and realised that I had a choice: I could continue repeating the past, or I could choose a different path. That realisation opened the door to peace and forgiveness.
What we explore:
- Family patterns connected to fatherhood
- How our relationship with our father may influence us today
- Anger, insecurity, and fear of loss
- Forgiveness, acceptance, and new choices
- A healthier relationship with ourselves and the next generation
Relationship with mother
Mother & motherhood
From the very beginning of our lives, our relationship with our mother can shape how we experience love, safety, connection, and our own sense of worth. Through this relationship, we may develop beliefs about ourselves and the world around us.
One of the most powerful realisations shared by women who have attended this workshop is how easily they repeat their mothers’ patterns — sometimes without noticing, sometimes despite consciously wanting to live differently.
Our early experiences can shape the questions we carry within us: Am I good enough? Am I loved? Am I worthy? By bringing awareness to these patterns, we can begin to transform our relationship with our mother and make more conscious choices.
What we explore:
- Repeating patterns connected to motherhood and family history
- How our relationship with our mother may influence our self-worth
- Beliefs about love, acceptance, and belonging
- Unresolved feelings, seen from a new perspective
- Choosing which patterns to carry forward — and which to change
Partnership
Relationship patterns
The relationship we witnessed between our parents can shape our unconscious expectations of love, communication, and partnership. Without realising it, we may repeat familiar patterns in our own relationships, even when we consciously want something different.
During this part of the workshop, we explore how our relationship challenges may reflect dynamics we observed growing up. We work with unresolved feelings connected to experiences such as constant conflict, separation, or hurtful communication, and explore more supportive ways of relating.
The goal is to move beyond familiar patterns and create healthier, more balanced relationships built on mutual respect, understanding, and support.
What we explore:
- Relationship behaviours we may have learned from our parents
- How childhood experiences influence our reactions and expectations
- Bringing unconscious patterns into awareness
- Unresolved feelings connected to conflict or separation
- Communicating, building trust, and relating as equal partners
- Choosing the values we carry into our own families
Testimonials
What participants say
I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Balázs for the opportunity of the Relationship Workshop course. Balázs possesses extensive knowledge and experience, and his kind and attentive nature makes him highly recommendable to everyone. This course is beneficial not only for those looking to improve their relationships but also for those who want to work on themselves — in my case, as a woman and a mother.
The relationship workshop was an amazing experience! It was very intense and exhausting, but well worth the transformation that took place on a physical, mental and emotional level. So grateful I was able to participate in this journey with Balázs! He was exceptional at guiding and helping me through some intense blocks and barriers that were holding me back.
I recently attended the online workshop with Balázs Varga. I really appreciated how this was an online and group setting. It is difficult for me to discuss and comprehend my feelings, but I felt less pressure having the support of the other participants. I feel like this course has truly changed my perspective on life. Balázs has a great voice, is calm and supportive. I highly recommend his workshop.
Eight months ago, I took the relationship course. The shift that has taken place in my life and my family's lives is indescribable. Personally, I have felt blocks shift and break down, but what has truly been the miracle has been seeing the change ripple out through my family. This course provided the guidance and a safe container to process my lineage, and it has been magical to watch it unfold. Take this course and watch as it ripples through each relationship in your life!
The Relationship Workshop came to me in the most divine timing. I have been working through my mother wound, but did not even think about the father wound… So many links were connected for me, and I have a greater perspective for my journey. Even though change can be heavy, I am happy to have new awareness and feelings to work with. I highly recommend this one.
